Our Mission

About the Division

The Foundation Medical Service is the SCP Foundation's primary healthcare division, responsible for the medical welfare of all on-site personnel. FMS teams are trained to respond to a wide range of cases, from minor injuries and standard health concerns to severe trauma and anomaly-related medical emergencies.

Beyond standard personnel care, FMS is authorized to evaluate and administer treatment to anomalous individuals, including sapient humanoid SCPs. Our staff work in coordination with Containment and Research divisions to ensure medically sound handling of sensitive cases.

Conditions We Treat

  • Trauma, lacerations, fractures, and burns
  • Environmental exposure and occupational injuries
  • Mental health and behavioral health concerns
  • Anomaly-induced symptoms and exposure effects
  • Post-incident evaluation and clearance

Personnel requiring care should report to the medical sector during active hours or contact an on-call FMS physician.
